Starting with the office manager, Joe, who recognized me upon my arrival, having seen me once at another practice. Joe made my check-in very easy and made me comfortable during my short wait time. Joe carefully explained how the insurance works to me, for which I am grateful. Joe is your man any day! Then came the smiling and amiable Dawn who took the x-rays. I couldn't believe that I could complete a whole set of x-rays, still laughing. I had fun with Dawn. She made the whole exercise painless. You just got to love Dawn! Samantha, the hygienist, was wonderful. Soft spoken, she explained all her measurements to me and related her figures to the previous ones. She also explained her planned treatment. She made me really comfortable. She is your go-to person! Dr. Nguyen examined me. He took his time to explain all his observations to me, using words that I understood. He made everything simple to understand. He is kind. We both agreed on my treatment plan. I am very happy with his plan because he explained why I needed those treatments and the expected outcomes. He is a consumate gentleman! I will like to keep this team of mine. I am a very happy and satisfied patient ☺️
